OUR STORY


The team behind MarketMySTR has been building online businesses since 1997. Three years ago, MarketMySTR's founder Scott Hill partnered with a software developer to help grow an all-in-one marketing platform that has turned into arguably the best all-in-one marketing platform in the world.
In early 2022, Scott and Bill Faeth met each other because their daughters were on the same soccer team. During one game in Gulf Port, MS, Bill and Scott started to learn about what each other did. Unknown to either of them, until that moment, they had a common connection in Grant Cardone. Scott and his team were powering the 10X Coaching and Mentoring program for Grant, and Bill knew Grant personally! In fact, he pulled out a picture of him and Grant standing by Grant's private plane to prove it!
Scott asked more about what Bill was doing, and it turned out Bill was using a variety of software tools to manage his STR portfolio. Coincidentally, these tools were everything that Scott’s team was providing for clients and Grant’s 10X Coaching and Mentoring program, but all in one software and marketing-focused platform.
As it turned out, Bill was no novice when it came to software. Bill was customer number 33 of Hubspot and was their very first enterprise customer. In other words, he knew his stuff. Unless our all-in-one marketing platform was legit, he wasn’t going to get involved. Once we launched, Bill introduced us to Mike Sjogren and Mike Reilly. Scott was immediately impressed with their attention to detail, operationally focused mentoring, coaching knowledge, and their relentless focus on not doing everything yourself.
Ultvare, driven by the same spirit of collaboration and innovation, quickly saw the value in this all-in-one approach, bringing a seamless experience for homeowners, travelers, and property managers. Together,


these partnerships strengthened the vision for an exceptional, streamlined experience in the vacation rental industry.
